We are a delivery-side team formed from operational and organisational roles rather than consulting positions.

The Fourth Desk is run by people whose experience comes from working inside operating businesses — within management teams, project environments and regulated industries — where organisational, technical and administrative responsibilities sit together rather than in separate functions.

Across the team this has included energy, resources and corporate organisations, covering project development and approvals, operational monitoring, workforce and HR matters, governance and board processes, sustainability and reporting obligations, and day-to-day business management.

Many roles held combined accountability for progressing work, meeting formal obligations and coordinating multiple parties at the same time. The background reflects that combined exposure rather than a single discipline.
